By downloading or using the CandleBoss app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
CandleBoss is an educational app that helps you practice recognizing candlestick chart patterns through drills, spaced repetition, and daily challenges.
CandleBoss is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing in the App — including pattern names, signal-strength ratings, drill feedback, or fast facts — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, or other financial instrument. Recognizing a chart pattern does not predict future price movement or guarantee trading results. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You're solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and should consult a licensed financial advisor before making them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CandleBoss. If you're under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
CandleBoss offers a free tier and optional Premium access (monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase), billed through Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Prices are as listed in the App and are subject to change for future billing periods; a completed lifetime purchase is yours to keep.
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Apple, you're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

The leaderboard displays an anonymous, randomly generated handle — never your real name. We may remove entries that appear to result from cheating or abuse.
The App, including its design, pattern library, drill content, and the CandleBoss name and mark, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our permission.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that pattern-recognition training will improve your trading results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandleBoss and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
CandleBoss is available worldwide through the App Store, and these Terms apply to your use of the App wherever you are. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country or region where you live.
